Baked grapefruits

4 grapefruit, e.g. pink or white
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of maple syrup

How to proceed
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Halve the grapefruits. With a sharp knife, free the wedges from the cuticles that separate them. Arrange the citrus fruits in a baking tray lined with baking paper, with the pulp facing up. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with maple syrup. Spread the diced butter over the half grapefruits. Bake in the upper part of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle to taste with nuts, seeds, vanilla sugar or chopped mint.
